摘要:简述了国内外压力容器分析设计技术的发展历程及国外分析设计技术最新进展,指出应在中国新版分析设计规范中吸收ASMEⅧ-2(2007及2010版)以及EN 13445(2002,2006及2009版)的国际先进技术,同时提出了中国分析设计标准需要解决的一些前沿课题。分析了国际压力容器分析设计技术中疲劳设计方法、高温容器蠕变分析设计方法、法兰接头强度、刚度和密封性能的分析设计方法、高温高压法兰连接系统抗蠕变松弛及泄漏的分析设计方法、高温压力容器蠕变-疲劳双循环工况下分析设计法等研究进展及其不足之处,提出了中国新版分析设计规范的若干对策及展望。
The international and national development couse and the international progress of design by a- nalysis technology is presented. It is indicated that the international advanced technology used in ASME Ⅷ - 2 ( Version 2007 and 2010) and EN 13445 ( Version 2002,2006 and 2009) should be adopted by the new design - by - analysis standard of our country. Meanwihle, the development and deficiency of the in- ternational design - by - analysis technology such as vessel ,analysis method creep- relaxation and 1 of combination of creep the countermeasure and fatigue design, creep analysis of elevated temperature of strength, rigidity and sealing performance of flange, analysis method of resisting eakage of flange used at elevated temperature and hige pressure, analysis method and fatigue of elevated temperature pressure vessel, is analyzed, based on which prospect of the new design - by - analysis standard of our country is Drooosed.
