摘要:采用极性化SBS(PSBS),通过熔融共混法制备了PSBS/PS/超细CaCO_3补强热塑性弹性体,研究了该材料的加工流动性能和力学性能,对比了未处理和经分散活化处理的超细CaCO_3对该材料性能的影响,并观察了材料的微观形态。结果表明,PSBS与PS共混,可有效提高加工流动性。PSBS/PS共混热塑性弹性体因两者"S"微区相容性好、PB段和PS段形成"物理交联区",使拉伸强度、弯曲强度随PS用量的增加而提高。超细CaCO_3能有效提高PSBS /PS的拉伸强度与弯曲强度,其中,添加经分散活化处理的超细CaCO_3后的PSBS/PS的上述补强效果更好。当PS质量分数在30%~40%,超细CaCO_3质量分数为25%~30%时,PSBS/PS/超细CaCO_3补强热塑性弹性体的综合性能最为理想。
PSBS/PS/ultrafine-CaCO3 thermoelastomer was prepared by using polar-SBS (PSBS). The processability and mechanical properties of the prepared thermoelastomer were studied; the effects of ultrafine-CaCO3 with or without dispersant on the thermoelastomer property were compared, and the morphology of the thermoelastomer were observed. The results showed the processability of PSBS was effectively enhanced by blending with PS. The tensile strength and bending strength of PSBS/PS thermoelastomer were improved with the increase of the content of PS because of the good compatibility of their common "S" section and the "physical crosslinking" formed between PB chains and PS chains. The tensile strength and bending strength of PSBS/PS were evidently enhanced by the addition of ultrafine-CaCO3, and the reinforcement effect was even better when the ultrafine-CaCO3 was treated with dispersant. When the mass fraction of PS was 30% - 40% and that of ultrafine-CaCO3 was 25% to 30%, the combined properties of PSBS/PS/ultrafine-CaCO3 thermoelastomer were admirable.
