摘要：随着高等教育体制改革的不断深入，高校学生教育管理的环境发生了巨大的变化，“一校多区”和“一区多校”的情况普遍存在，高校培养目标逐渐变化，教育方式也逐渐改革，以第一课堂为基础的班级制渐被打破，大学生新的生活空间出现并扩大，使得班级制面临着严重的困境，亟待形成具有创新性和实用性的德育新模式。
With the deepening of the reform of higher education system, great changes have taken place in college students education and management environment. It is a widespread phenomenon for one school to be on more than one campus or more than one school to be on one campus. With the gradual shift of cultivation objectives, the education styles have changed, too. The teaching system based on the first class is broken; college students enjoy new life space which is growing bigger and poses a grave challenge to the class system. An innovative and practical new model of moral education is a must now.
