摘要:建立用毛细管电泳法同步分离检测肉制品中"瘦肉精"及其替代物的方法。该方法前处理简单,整个分离在12min内完成。以90mmol/L的柠檬酸三钠(pH5.6)为电泳缓冲液,8kV分离电压,200nm检测波长,在25℃下可使克伦特罗,沙丁胺醇,特布他林和莱克多巴胺达到分离,分离度分别为1.90,2.73和2.17,回收率为92.4%~102.0%,RSD<3.2%。
A simple and rapid method of capillary electrophoresis for separation and confirmation mixture simultaneously of four β2-adrenoceptor (AR) agonist, such as ractopamine (RAC),clenbuterol(CLB), salbuterol ( SAL ) and terbutaline ( TER ) was established. The effects of buffer concentration, pH, additive, voltage and temperature on separation were investigated. Optimum conditions have been achieved at 25℃, 90 mmol/L trisodium citrate buffer, pH5.6, at 8 kV, with direct detection at 200 nm. Under the optimum conditions, resolutions were 1.90, 2.73, and 2,17 for CLB, SAL, TER and RAC, respectively. Recovery were from 92.4% to102.0%, RSD〈3.2%.
