摘要:以工业装置为背景,建立了聚丙烯环形反应器数学模型,经模拟计算,研究了聚丙烯环形反应器的工艺特性,工艺参数对反应器操作状态的影响,并对反应器的可操作域作了分析。
In this paper,a steady state mathematical model for the industrial polyproplenc loop reactor was developed.According to this model the behavoir of the reactor and the influence of various technical parameters on the operating state were studied,and the operable regions on the different phase plates were given. The results showed that the temperature and concentrations in the reactor tube are almost con- stant,that is to say,as.a whole,the input-output properties of the polyproplene loop reactor are similar to CSTR.Based on these properties,four equations were deduced which are of much use for the scale up of the reactor.In fact,the polyproplene loop reactor can be scaledup merely by increas- ing the length of the reactor,with the operating state nearly unchanged.The temperature of the cooling water,the catalyst concentration and the loop ratio have great influene on the operating state,yet the influence of inlet temperature of the reacting mixture and cooling water mass flow are small.When the temperature of the cooling water and the catalyst concentration are increased,the reacting temperature may be out of constrol,and if the cooling water mass flow is very large,its influence can be neglected. Theoretical analyses on the influence of heat capacities of the reacting mixture and cooling wa- ter,the rates of heat generation and transfer,the loop ratio on the heat coefficent,etc.were giv- en.The conclusions drawn may be useful in designing and operating the poplyproplene loop reactor.
