摘要:对高温煤气中的氯化氢和碱金属蒸气进行了单独和同时脱除的研究。单独脱除的研究得出 ,脱氯剂的氯容量随反应温度的增大而提高。试验所选的 5种吸附剂对碱金属都具有脱除性能 ,其中以高铝土和活性 Al2 O3 吸附剂的吸附效率最高 ,在 840°C条件下活性 Al2 O3 吸附剂对碱金属化合物的脱除主要以物理吸附的方式进行。在 HCl气体和碱金属蒸气同时存在条件下 ,高铝土脱除碱金属的效率高达 79.5% ,TCl1脱氯剂脱除 HCl气体的效率为 1 0 0 %
Experiments were carried out to remove HCl and alkali metal compound vapor separately and simultaneously in high temperature coal gas with different sorbents. NaCl was used as a model compound of alkali metal. The results indicated that the chloride content of sorbent increases with the increase of temperature and/or reaction time. Five sorbents were screened for removal of alkali metal vapor at 840°C. It is found that alumina soil and activated Al 2O 3 display higher removal efficiency, and the removal of alkali metal vapor with activated Al 2O 3 is a physical adsorption process. It is also found that the simultaneous removal of HCl and alkali metal vapor with higher efficiency is feasible.
