摘要: 我国石油焦资源丰富,尤其高硫石油焦应用受到限制,用其生产活性炭前景广阔。但石油焦孔隙率低,直接活化性能很差,通过预炭化、成型、配入辅助物,可以大大改善活性炭吸附性能。通过在金山石油焦中配入少量的太西无烟煤后,在560℃下炭化,经过810℃活化7h,所得活性炭的碘值为855.38mg/g,亚甲蓝值为104.90mg/g。用BET法计算了总比表面积,用BJH法计算了中孔比表面积、比孔容的孔径分布等。
China is rich in petroleum coke, but the utilization of the petroleum coke with a high sulfur content is limited even though it is a promising precursor for activated carbon, because direct activation may lead to activated carbon with poor adsorption properties. It was found that its adsorption properties could be improved by pre-carbonization, mixing with anthracite, and briquetting prior to activation. When Jinshan petroleum coke mixed with a small amount of Taixi anthracite was carbonized at 560 degreesC and activated at 810 degreesC for 7 h, an activated carbon with iodine adsorption capacity of 855.38 mg/g and methylene blue decolorizing capacity of 104.90 mg/g was obtained.
