摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining glass micro-structure room temperature information. A glass network forming body coordination condition is determined based on an oxygen atom content. A glass atom total number is obtained according to glass raw material. A glass dimension change relation is established based on glass viscosity and temperature values. A micro-structure glass phase coordination linear change value is obtained based on a hardness value. Glass temperature and hardness forecast result are obtained based on glass dimension change relation. USE - Glass temperature and hardness forecasting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables predicting the glass temperature and hardness value accuracy, avoiding glass sample damage and need of large amount thermodynamic and kinetic parameter, improving forecasting efficiency of the glass property and reducing operational cost and detection time and ensuring simple operation.
