摘要:基于三点弯试验方法,推导拱形试样蠕变性能参数的解析解,实现与传统单轴蠕变试验之间的等效转换,采用有限元方法模拟P91在600℃下的三点弯蠕变试验,根据模拟结果求得材料的蠕变参数,验证理论推导得到的蠕变性能参数的解析解的可用性和精度,并且分析压头直径、试样尺寸、摩擦因数、偏载对计算结果的影响,其中尺寸偏差、偏载对结果影响较为显著。
The analytical solutions of creep parameters of three-point bending arch-specimens are derived. The relationship between the three-point bending and uniaxial creep tests are established to allow the creep data conversion. Finite element simulation of the three-point bending creep test of P91 operated at constant load and temperature (600 ℃ ) are carried out. Based on the numerical results, the creep parameters are obtained and compared with the analytical results to validate the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed approach. The effects of indenter diameters, specimen sizes, friction coefficient and eccentric loading are also analyzed. It is found that the deviation of specimen sizes and eccentric loading have a significant influence on the measurement results.
