摘要:喹啉不溶物(QI)是沥青的重要质量指标,针状焦用精制沥青要求QI<0.1%,而现有国标GB/T2293─2008允许误差<0.8%,显然不适合针状焦。在精制沥青分析过程中,根据化合物的溶解度,用水溶液替代丙酮溶液,使QI测定结果更准确。
Quinoline insoluble (QI) is an important value for quality control of coal tar. The refined coal tar pitch for needle coke is required with QI 〈 0. 1% ,however the allowable error in the existing GB/T 2293--2008 is less than O. 8% , obviously not suitable for needle coke. According to the solu- bility of compound and the diversity of testing solvent, aqueous solution can be used in replacement of acetone solution during the analysis of refined coal tar pitch,which makes the QI measurement more accurate.
