摘要：孤独症儿童及其家庭所面临的困境与问题,特别是其经历着的独特生命历程对个体与家庭的影响,受到了社会各界的广泛关注。研究者通过对上海市内19位孤独症儿童家长的深度访谈收集资料,利用主题分析法提炼有关“孤独症儿童家庭生命周期与动态需求”的主题,关注家庭生命周期和需求如何发生变化。研究发现,家庭生命周期在儿童婴幼儿期至青少年期的阶段中可以划分为三个周期——扩展期、稳定期与收缩期,其中分别产生了不同的变化与发展方向,与需求结合呈现交织影响、循环往复的规律性,在家庭生命周期的时间线上产生不同的需求侧重点,由扩展期的生活与健康、稳定期的联结与成长回归至收缩期的生存与适应。本文最后构建孤独症儿童家庭生命周期与动态需求的双重回环结构以更好地反映个体和家庭的需求、困境与期待。
China has the highest proportion of autistic people worldwide in terms of absolute numbers,and childhood autism is now the most prevalent type of mental illness in China.The issues that autistic people and their families experience have garnered significant attention from the general public,particularly in light of their distinct life paths.We gathered information and polished the concept of“life cycle and dynamic demands of autistic families”with topic analysis by conducting in-depth interviews with 20 parents of autistic groups in Shanghai.Our focus was on how family life cycle and requirements alter correspondingly.The study discovered that the family life cycle for children aged 0 to 18 may be split into three stages:expansion,stability,and contraction.Each phase brings about distinct changes and development directions,and when combined with demands,it creates a pattern of interwoven influence,a mix of dynamism and stability,and a“variation”cycle of stillness and activity.This pattern results in several focal points of need along the family life cycle timeline,ranging from the expansion phase’s emphasis on life and health to the stability phase’s emphasis on connection and growth,and lastly to the contraction phase’s concern with survival and adaptation.The research finishes by developing a dual-loop structure model of the autistic family life cycle and dynamic demands that better reflects the needs,problems,and expectations of individuals and families.
