摘要:NOVELTY - Ammonia absorbing device comprises a liquid ammonia tank (1), ammonia deoiling device (2), ammonia gas particle removing device (3), an ammonia absorber (4) and a high-purity aqueous ammonia storage tank (5), which are connected orderly. The ammonia absorber is provided with a first chamber and a second chamber, where the bottom part of first chamber and the second chamber are connected with each other. The bottom of the first chamber is provided with a gas distributor and a first cooling pipe. The second chamber is provided with a second cooling pipe. USE - The device is used for preparing high-purity aqueous ammonia (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device can prepare high-purity aqueous ammonia; is simple in structure; prepares high yield aqueous ammonia with less processing steps; has quick absorption; saves energy; avoids discharge of three wastes; is environmentally friendly; and meets the industrial mass production need; and has good application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ammonia absorbing device comprises a liquid ammonia tank (1), ammonia removing device (2), ammonia gas particle removing device (3), an ammonia absorber (4) and a high-purity aqueous ammonia storage tank (5), which are connected orderly. The ammonia absorber is provided with a first chamber and a second chamber, where the bottom part of first chamber and the second chamber are connected with each other. The bottom of the first chamber is provided with a gas distributor and a first cooling pipe. The second chamber is provided with a second cooling pipe, and gas distributor inlet is connected with the ammonia gas particle removing outlet. The first cooling pipe is located in the gas distributor. The deionized water inlet is provided above the first cooling pipe. The second cooling pipe is set above aqueous ammonia outlet. The aqueous ammonia outlet is connected with high-purity aqueous ammonia storage tank. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-purity aqueous ammonia using ammonia absorbing device, comprising vaporizing at least one liquid ammonia product, using ammonia deoiling device for deoiling vaporized ammonia gas, removing oil content in ammonia gas, using ammonia gas particle removing device to remove particles in ammonia gas, conveying high-purity ammonia gas particles into the ammonia gas absorber, using deionized water and absorbing, cooling via first cooling pipe and second cooling pipe to obtain high-purity aqueous ammonia.
