摘要：以华东理工大学实验室与装备处为例,分析了高校实验室与装备管理部门设置的必要性和合理性,明确实验室与装备管理部门的职能与任务,探讨了新时期高校实验室与装备管理部门工作面临的挑战及职能新的内涵,以促进高校深化管理体制改革,更加有效地提升高校实验室管理水平。
Taking the Division of Laboratory and Facility Management of East China University of Science and Technology as an example, this article analyzes the necessity and reasonability to set up this kind of department in colleges and universities, clearly points out its functions and duty, and discusses the challenges of the laboratory and facility management in new period and its new connotation, to promote the deep reform of management system and effectively improve the management level in colleges and universities.
