摘要:采用箱式高温电阻炉和小型快速热解设备对神府煤进行热解,系统研究了在950~1300℃下慢速、快速热解过程中,温度和升温速率等对多种微量元素释放规律的影响.对实验样品的ICP—MS测试结果进行计算,分析了元素的挥发率.结果表明:Cd,Se,As,Ga等表现了较强的挥发性;Zn,Cr,Sr,Ni,Be等次之;Ba,Hf等则表现为不易挥发特性;多数微量元素的挥发性随温度的升高而有不同程度的增加.比较挥发率的数值得出,慢速升温过程中,在950~1300℃,各微量元素的析出率增加了1%~24%;快速升温过程中,则相应地增加了2%~21%;慢速升温热解时挥发率比快速时高3%~7%.
The pyrolysis experiments were carried out in the box resistance reactor that was heated in 950-1 300 ℃ rapidly to study the volatility of the trace elements in the coal from Shenfu. The content of trace element in coal char was analyzed by inductively coupled plasmas mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The influences of high temperature, heating rate on trace elements release was investiga- ted. The results indicate that Cd, Se, As, Ga have higher volatility during pyrolysis; and Ba, Hf are the lowest; while Zn, Cr, Sr, Ni, Be and Th are in the middle between the two ranges. Most trace elements release increase with the increasing pyrolysis temperature; the trace elements volatility increase by 1 %-24 % or 2 %-21 % with slow or fast heating rate. Trace elements are more volatile with slow heating rate; the difference is about 3 %-7%.
