摘要:NOVELTY - A flame retardant plastic lumber comprises 40-50 wt.% polymer i.e. polypropylene with melting point of 150-170 degrees C and/or PVC with melting point of 160-180 degrees C, 3-10 wt.% inorganic filler i.e. S15 and/or S38HS hollow glass beads, 3-15 wt.% flame retardant i.e. chlorinated paraffin, straw ash, expanded graphite, and/or guanidine sulfamate, 40-50 wt.% lignocellulose i.e. 80-100 flour powder and/or bamboo powder, and 1-5 wt.% additive i.e. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, isocyanate, or dicumyl peroxide with respect to 100 wt.% total. USE - Flame retardant plastic lumber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Plastic lumber is simple to prepare, easy to carve, does not crack, and has excellent flame retardance, good mechanical properties, ease of processability, reduced amount of resin, and good deformation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame retardant plastic lumber which involves diluting coupling agent in absolute ethanol to obtain 5% solution, adding inorganic filler, stirring for 30-60 minutes until sticky, oven drying at 80 degrees C, high speed mixing flame retardant and lignocellulose in heating jacket at 100-120 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, cooling to 60 degrees C, adding polymer, additive, and coupling agent-modified inorganic filler, high speed mixing for 2-5 minutes, extruding, and granulating in which extruder temperatures are 180-200 degrees C, 190-210 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, 200-220 degrees C, and 180-190 degrees C.
