摘要：研究了结晶促进剂 (聚醚 )和成核剂对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)结晶过程的影响及其在 PET结晶过程中的作用。结晶促进剂 (聚醚 )主要是对 PET链段进行“解冻”,提高了链段的活动能力 ,从而有利于 PET结晶 ,并且使 PET结晶更加完善 ,但不能促进 PET的成核结晶 ,对结晶速度影响小。成核剂的引入起到了成核结晶的作用 ,从而加快了
The influence of nucleating agents and nucleation promoters(PEG) on the crystallization of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) was studied by means of DSC, isothermal crystallization speedmeter. It was found that the nucleation promoters release the freezing chains of PET and improve their ability of movement, which benefites the crystallization of PET. However, the nucleation promoters have little influence on the nucleation and crystallization of PET and crystallization rate of PET. The nucleating agent can promote the nucleation and crystallization of PET and quicken the crystallization rate of PET.
