摘要:研究了 Mo氧化物改性的负载型 Pd催化剂对乙烯直接氧化制醋酸反应的影响。结果表明 :当催化剂中 w Mo=0 .0 2 32 (以载体的质量计 ) ,Mo O3 /Si O2 的焙烧温度为 70 0°C时 ,乙烯的转化率和醋酸的选择性可分别达 6.49%和 70 .3% ,醋酸的单程时空收率为 1 91 .8g/( L·h)
The oxidation of ethylene to acetic acid has been researched in the fixed bed reactor. The catalysts for this process have also been studied. The results are as follows: supported on SiO 2, promoted by Cr oxide, the catalyst with w Pd =0.015 and w H 3PO 4 =0.30(based on mass of carrier) is the best; the conversion of the C 2H 4 and the selectivity of AcOH could reach 4.4% and 68.9% respectively and the once through space time yield of AcOH could reach 134g/(L·h).
