摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining ultimate load bending moment according to relative depth and defect shape parameter of defected circumferential inner surface defect. Load ratio parameter is calculated, and coordinates are obtained through calculation on a failure assessment diagram. Determination is made whether the defect is safe if the coordinates fall in a region defined by a selected failure assessment curve, a vertical cut-off line and a coordinate axis.
