摘要:运用等温热重法 ,对三种不同的煤焦 ,在反应温度 90 0℃~ 1 2 0 0℃之间进行水蒸气气化实验 .分别考察了常压下反应温度、水蒸气分压和煤种对反应的影响 ;并且对不同煤焦的反应进行动力学计算 ,求取动力学参数 .研究发现 ,煤焦水蒸气的反应与煤焦 - CO2 的反应相比速率要快得多 ,并且随反应温度升高 ,反应速率急剧增大 .
In the research of char-H_2O gasification,the isothermal thermogravimetry was applied to study the reaction kinetics and the characteristics.In this paper,three kinds of coal char was studied under the temperature of 910 ℃,990 ℃,1 080 ℃ and 1 170 ℃.The writer studied how the steam volume and the kind of char affected the reaction under these different temperature.The kinetic parameters were calculated with two methods,and the results were compared in detail.It was found that this reaction is much faster than the reaction of char-CO_2 gasification.
