摘要:在反求过程中,常常需要将不同视角下的数据统一在一个整体坐标系下。针对三坐标测量数据的多视配准问题,首先对三坐标测量数据进行半径补偿,然后选用CAD模型所在坐标系作为整体坐标系,以测量点云与CAD模型间的误差构造目标函数,通过四元数法求取空间变换。以叶片为实例,实验表明该方法能较好地解决多视配准问题。
In reverse engineering, it is necessary for different view data to be united in a coordinate system. For multipleview registration, the paper firstly executes probe radius compensation for CMM data, then CAD coordinate system is selected as a united coordinate system, the object function is defined as the error between CMM point cloud and CAD model, finally the space transformation is achieved by quaternion method. Experimental result of the blade shows that the method can realize multiple - view registration validly.
