摘要：国家"十三五"规划纲要中提出的"绿色发展"、"美丽中国"之"绿色"和"美丽",其根本是人类聚居模式应顺应"天"意——尊敬和回归自然和谐的原生态环境与生命体系统机制;"十三五"规划纲要中"推进以人为核心的新型城镇化",其实质为突出"人"本——新型聚居模式(新型城镇化)目的是让人生活更美好;究其其初心和愿景,就是营建"天人合一"持续发展的聚居环境;因此健全城乡发展一体化体制机制,从源头分析人类聚居理念的初衷,反思传统城乡一体化理论的认知局限,对塑造可持续发展的人类聚居新环境,对构建人类聚居的全新模式——城乡一元生命体,具有理论的纠偏作用和实践的引领意义。
Because of Cognitive limitations on the traditional urban-tarA integration, the contradiction between city buikcling and rural living space is becoming much more serious. The theory of human settlement environment is the theoretical basis of the integration of urban and rural development which is promoting in China today. Analysing urban design concept and rethinking the traditional urban- rural integration can have rectifying effect on the theory and practice of building the sustainable urban-rural human settlement. This effect is reflected in five recognizafions.
