摘要：NOVELTY - In preparation of medicine for treating and preventing dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) mediated diseases, 2-amino benzothiazole derivative (I) or its salt, prodrug or solvent is used. USE - For treating and preventing diseases comprising inflammatory disease, cancer, host rejection reaction caused by heterogeneous organ transplantation, autoimmune disease, colitis, glomerular diseases, organ transplant rejection reaction, melanoma, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and psoriasis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound is effective to ameliorate and eliminate dihydroorotate dehydrogenase mediated disorders. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In preparation of medicine for treating and preventing DHODH mediated diseases, 2-amino benzothiazole derivative of formula (I) or its salt, prodrug or solvent is used. A=1-2C aryl or 5 or 6 membered heterocyclyl; X=N, O, S, or SO2; R1-R4=aniline (optionally substituted), hydrogen, 1-3C alkyl, halogen, hydroxyl, 1-4C alkoxy, nitro, amino, phenyl amino, formyl benzene, amine formyl, amino, CN, NCO, NCS, carboxyl, 1-3C alkoxy, or amido; R5=hydrogen, 1-6C alkyl or benzoyl; R6=1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, morpholino, piperazinyl, amino, phenoxy (all optionally substituted), hydrogen, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl, hydroxy, halogen, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl, acetyl, benzoyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, cyano, nitro, benzyl, alkoxy, carboxyl, ester, sulfo, thiol, 1-3C amido, NCO, NCS, straight chain or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated 1-6C acyloxy;and n=0-5. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for medicine composition comprising compound (I), and carrier or excipient.
