摘要:30 %H2 O2 -HCOOH氧化加氢精制柴油 (硫含量为 794× 10 - 6 (ω) ) ,然后使用溶剂萃取氧化处理后使油品达到深度脱硫。详细考察了搅拌速度、油水两相体积比、甲酸浓度、氧化剂加量、反应温度和时间对柴油氧化脱硫的影响。同时考察了萃取溶剂含水量和萃取剂油比对脱硫及油回收率的影响。实验结果表明 :30 %H2 O2 -HCOOH生成过氧甲酸 ,能有效氧化加氢精制柴油中的有机硫化合物 ,然后经过溶剂萃取能达到深度脱硫 ;过氧化氢 /硫 (摩尔比 )为 8时 ,柴油硫含量从 794× 10 - 6 (ω)降至 87×10 - 6 (ω)。搅拌速度、油水两相体积比、甲酸浓度、过氧化氢加量、反应温度和时间对氧化脱硫均有影响。搅拌速度超过 4 0 0r/min对反应影响不明显。过氧化氢加量、反应温度和时间及萃取条件均影响油回收率。
Hydrotreated diesel oil(sulfur content: 794μg/g) was deeply desulfurized by oxidation with 30%H 2O 2-HCOOH followed by solvent extraction. The effect of stirring speed, volume ratio of oil phase to aqueous phase, formic acid concentration, oxidant dosage and reaction condition on oxidative desulfurization was investigated in detail. Experimental results indicate that 30%H 2O 2-HCOOH give rise to performic acid that can effectively oxidize organic sulfur compounds in hydrotreated diesel oil. Then the deeply desulfurized diesel oil can be obtained by the solvent extraction of oxidized oil with desulfurization ratio of over 89%. The results show that the removal of organic sulfur compounds is effected by stirring speed, volume ratio of oil phase to aqueous phase, formic acid concentration, oxidant dosage, and reaction temperature, and the desulfurization ratio does not significantly change for agitation speeds over 400rpm. Meanwhile, the effect of water content in extraction solvent and ratio of solvent to oil were studied. The oil recovery ratio was affected by the amount of hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature and extraction conditions.
