摘要：NOVELTY - Composite conditioning agent comprises 0.05-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 2.5-10 pts. wt. ferrous salt, 3-12 pts. wt. persulfate, and 5-30 pts. wt. frame construct. USE - The composite conditioning agent is useful for dehydrating sludge (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite conditioning agent greatly increases sludge dehydrating to more than 95%, and reduces organic substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for dehydrating sludge by the composite conditioning agent, which involves adding 0.05-2.0 wt.% surfactant to ferrous salt, preferably ferrous sulfate, stirring and mixing added materials uniformly, subjecting mixture to oxidation reaction after addition of persulfate and sludge, where the ratio of persulfate and ferrous sulfate is (1.15:1)-(1.30:1), adding reacted sludge to frame construct, and mixing uniformly to obtain finished product.
