摘要:以十八烷为芯材,Si O2为壁材,通过界面聚合法制备了十八烷/Si O2相变微胶囊,并提出了乳化作用在相变微胶囊制备过程中的重要性。首次采用粒度法深度研究了不同乳化剂作用下乳液的稳定性,并考察了乳化剂用量、油水比及乳化时间对乳液粒径的影响,在优选乳化工艺基础上对微胶囊性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用YUS-135B为乳化剂,用量为2%3%,油水比为1∶51∶7,乳化时间为1 h时,乳化效果最好,此时所得相变微胶囊呈现出明显的球状核壳结构,分散较好,且包覆率高达72.3%。
n-Octadecane/Si O2 microcapsule was synthesized by interfacial polymerization with n-octadecane as the core of the phase change material and Si O2 as wall material. The importance of the emulsification during the synthesis process of phase change microcapsule was put forward. The emulsion stability with different emulsifier was deeply studied using laser particle analyzer. The effects of emulsifier content, oil-water ratio and emulsification time on emulsion size were also investigated. The properties of prepared microcapsule were studied on the basis of optimized emulsification process. The results showed that the optimal conditions were choosing YUS-135 B as the emulsifier, emulsifier content was 2% 3%, oil-water ratio was 1∶51∶7,emulsification time was 1 h. The microcapsule synthesized under the optimal conditions showed the core-shell structure and good dispersity, and the encapsulation rate reached 72.3%.
