摘要:用有机磷酸铝和羧酸钠成核剂进行复配(简称复合成核剂)后添加到等规聚丙烯(iPP)中,研究两种成核剂间的协同效应。实验结果表明,复合成核剂在改善iPP的力学性能和光学性能上具有明显的协同效应。当羧酸钠占复合成核剂总质量的40%时协同效应最明显,比单独添加羧酸钠时iPP的拉伸强度提高5%、弯曲模量提高3%、雾度降低16%,比单独添加有机磷酸铝时iPP的拉伸强度提高14%、弯曲模量提高32%、雾度降低45%。有机磷酸铝和羧酸钠复配对提高iPP结晶温度的协同效应不明显,但对减小iPP的球径尺寸有明显的协同效应。
Synergistic effect of aluminum organic phosphate and sodium carboxylate composite nucleating agent in improving mechanical and optical properties of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was investigated. The performances of the composite nucleating agent are better than those of each of the single ingredient. When mass fraction of sodium carboxylate in the composite is 40%, tensile strength of iPP rises by 5%, flexural modulus rises by 3%, and haze reduces by 16%, comparing with the situation when sodium carboxylate was used only. The improvement appears even greater, comparing with the case when aluminum organic phosphate was used alone. Tensile strength of iPP rises by 14%, flexural modulus rises by 32%, and haze reduces by 45%. The composite nucleating agent does not show similar effect evidently in raising crystalline temperature, but it works on reducing spherulite size of iPP.
