摘要:采用吸收剂降低生物燃气中焦油含量的研究工作设计和建立了实验装置,并就不同吸收剂进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:液体吸收剂对焦油有较好的去除作用,通过吸收剂的作用可以使燃气中的焦油含量降低到合理范围(<10mg/m^3);并且,通过吸收剂的脱CO_2等作用,也可以同时提高生物质燃气的热值。
In order to decrease the tar content of syngas from biomass, the experiment rig was designed and set up, and the experimental research was carried out for different absorbent, the results of experiment research indicated that absorbent is good at absorbing tar, tar content can be decreased to reasonable range (〈10mg/m^3) by using absorbent, and by adding additive to absorbent, the CO2 content of syngas from biomass is decreased, also thermal value of syngas from biomass can be increased.
