摘要:为实现苯与甲醇烷基化的工业化,对苯与甲醇烷基化反应动力学进行了研究。在固定床连续反应器中考察了反应温度、空速、原料配比对苯与甲醇烷基化反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,苯与甲醇烷基化反应是快速反应,在反应温度460℃,反应空速3-8 h-1,原料等物质的量比进料时,苯的单程转化率达到46.72%,甲苯、二甲苯的选择性达到了90.79%。动力学研究表明,甲醇烷基化反应的反应级数对苯是一级,对甲醇接近零级,反应的活化能为163.88 kJ/mol。
For industrialization of alkylation of benzene and methanol its kinetics was studied in this paper. Effect of reaction temperature, space velocity and ratio to feedstock on alkylation reaction of benzene and methanol were investigated in a packed reactor. Research results showed that alkylation reaction of benzene and methanol is quickly reaction. The suitable reaction temperature was 460 ℃, space velocity was between 3 and 8, ratio to feedstock was 1:1, conversion of benzene reached 46.72%, selectivity of toluent and oxylene attained to 90.79% under above reaction conditions. Kinetic research showed that reaction order of alkylation reaction about benzene and methanol is one order to benzene and zero order to methanol, reaction activity energy is 163.88 kJ/mol.
