摘要:NOVELTY - A fibre grating sensor provided by this utility model, comprising an elastic thick film, pipe joint, the microstructure pressure-measuring fiber grating micro-structure temperature compensating optical fibre grating, an elastic thick film comprises an upper plane and a concave flange with a downward opening, the upper plane middle part is radially fixed with the micro-structure optical fibre grating; the edge part is fixed with micro-structure temperature compensation optical fiber grating. concave flange connected with the pipe joint, pipe joint flange are formed with the concave cavity for containing the liquid flow from a pipeline joint. the fibre core of the pressure-measuring fiber grating micro-structure and micro-structure temperature compensating optical fibre grating adopts big size circular hole structure. A fibre grating sensor claimed by the utility model greatly improves the writing efficiency of the optical fibre, reduces the scattering loss. using the symmetrical angle writing method to ensure the symmetry of grating writing field so as to effectively improve single side cross section caused by the writing process and the refractive index rate non-uniform distribution problem and fiber grating writing process.
