摘要:对2块随加氢反应器运行了近5万h带焊缝的214Cr-1Mo挂片试板,分别在440℃和室温下进行了裂纹扩展速率的测试,并利用测试结果对加氢反应器筒体进行了疲劳裂纹扩展量的估算。假设反应器存在一条25mm的浅长表面裂纹,开停工期间内外壁温差为50℃,在一个检验周期内开停工次数为100次,研究结果表明,反应器的疲劳裂纹扩展量很小,不会威胁反应器的安全性。
The fatigue crack growth rate on two 21/4Cr 1Mo steel blocks with weld which had been put into in service hydrocracker about 50 000 hours were tested at 400℃ and room temperature.It is the first time to carry out in our country.In terms of these results the estimation of fatigue crack growth on the shell of hydrocracker was performed.Assuming that the reactor possesses a 25mm shallow long surface crack,the temperature difference between inside and outside wall is 50℃ during starting or shutdown and the number of the starting and shutdown is 100 in one period,it is found that the fatigue crack growth of the reactor is very small and dont seriously effect the safety of hydrocracker.
