摘要:采用DSC法研究烯丙基双酚A(DBA)改性的双马来酰亚胺(BM I)和氰酸酯(CE)共混体系在催化剂存在下的固化动力学,并结合固化度测定和红外光谱分析确定固化工艺。由于加入的有机金属盐催化了CE的固化反应,使CE和改性BM I在不同温度范围内分别固化,该共混物经历了170℃/2h+225℃/2h+240℃/2h固化程序后,能够完全固化,形成具有IPN网络结构的聚合物。
The cure system, with a organometallic salt as catalyst, of cyanate (CE) and bismaleimide(BMI) modified by DBA was studied by DSC, and the kinetic parameters were obtained by Kissinger and Crane formula. The system' s cure technology was determined by IR and cure degree. Two cure stages were detected, which is be- longing to the CE and modified BMI, respectively, due to the accelerating effect of the existence of catalyst on the cure process of CE. By analysis, the cure cycle was 170℃/2h, 225℃/2h, 240℃/2h, which made the curing reaction occurring completely forming the IPN polymer.
