摘要:综合分析了焦炭塔横截面非圆形的各种变形情况 ,从接管推力、周向温差、塔体斜弯及应力松弛等方面分析了其影响因素 ,结果表明 :周向温差使得塔体横截面产生蛋形变形。塔体的倾斜或弯曲变形 ,使得塔体形变为扁圆形 ,短径与弯曲半径方向重合。
All kinds of deformations in horizontal-cross-section of coke tower had been summarized. The factors that influenced them include thrust force of pipe end, circumferential temperature difference, incline or bend and stress relaxation, and so on. The results show that circumferential temperature difference will make the circle-cross-section change to flat-circle-cross-section, and its short radius overlap with radius of bend.
