摘要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/多壁碳纳米管(PP/MWNTs)与聚丙烯/纳米有机蒙脱土(PP/OMMT)复合材料,利用热重分析法研究了PP、PP/MWNTs及PP/OMMT在氮气气氛中的热降解过程,并采用Kissinger及Ozawa方法研究了复合材料的热降解动力学及热降解表观活化能。结果表明,MWNTs和OMMT的加入均能显著提高PP基体的耐热性。PP/OMMT复合材料的热降解表观活化能高于PP/MWNTs复合材料。OMMT含量为2.5%时,复合材料的热稳定性最好。扫描电镜分析表明,MWNTs在PP基体中呈无序棒状形态,而OMMT呈现有序性较高的片层结构。
Polypropylene/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (PP/MWNTs) and polypropylene/organomontmorillonites (PP/OMMT) composites were prepared via melting blending. Thermal gravimetric analysis was applied to record the thermal degradation behavior of the composites under nitrogen atmosphere with different heating rates. The thermal decomposition data were analyzed with Kissinger and Ozawa Methods. It showed that both MWNTs and OMMT could enhance the thermal resistance of PP matrix, and the apparent activation energy of PP/OMMT was higher than PP/MWNTs. SEM observation showed that MWNTs took disordered rod-like distribution while OMMT presented lamellar-structure dispersion in PP matrix.
