摘要：随着社会上"高学历"之声的空前高涨,越来越多拥有博士学位的年轻教师走上了大学的讲台,这些年轻的博士们在自己的专业领域有很深的研究,但对于教师这一职业所需的职业素质却了解不多。如何将他们培养成合格的大学教师?本文从教师职业素质角度对这一现象进行了探讨。
The pursuit of higher degree was pervaded in the every field of the society, more and more young people with doctor degree become the teachers of the universities. They have studied deeply in their own academic field, but lacked the teacher＇s professional knowledge. How to make them become the eligible teachers, the paper gives some suggestion.
