摘要:“从硼砂废渣中提取MgSO4·7H2O是一个综合性强、具有应用意义的实验。但在产品纯度测定中,分析方法存在缺陷。原方法要测定产品硫酸镁中的镁含量,实际得到的是钙镁总量。在经过大量研究的基础上,提出改进方法即滴定前加入EGTA掩蔽钙,用EDTA法测定镁含量,同时能准确得到钙含量。实验结果镁标样回收率在99.9%~100.1%,钙标样回收率在99.1%~101.3%。实验方法对工业分析也有一定指导意义。
For an integrated experiment of "MgSO4·7H2O extracted from boromagnesium silts", determination of the percentage composition of Magnesium. Actually, the results of titration that there is a limitation in could be found are the percentage compositions of Magnesium and Calcium in used experiments. Here is the improvement of experiment: add EGTA to masking Calcium, use standard solution of EDTA to exactly determine the percentage composition of Magnesium. The results of experiment indicate that the recovery rate of Mg is 99.9% - 100.1%, and one of Ca is 99.1% - 101.3%. The method can also be used in the analysis of industry.
