摘要：建立新型农村社会养老保险制度,是应对农村老龄社会来临的必然选择。开展对新型农村社会养老保险的制度建构与实践策略的实证研究,对于加快建立统筹城乡社会养老保险体系、着力推进新农村建设、缩小城乡差距、构建和谐的城乡关系,具有重大的理论与实践意义。
It is necessary for the rural region to build a new-type social old-age insurance system to cope with the coming of the aging society.Carrying out the research on the idea,practice and strategy of the new-type rural social old-age insurance system is of great significance in theory and practice,to push forward the construction of new countryside,to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and finally to build the harmonious urban-rural relationship.
