摘要：本文研究了冲刺金属板和波齿金属板增强柔性石墨密封垫片的主要性质，包括它们的机械性能、密封性能和设计参数（ｍ、ｙ），此外也探讨了柔性石墨基片的性质、金属板材质和结构以及操作条件对这些性能的影响。研究结果表明，柔性石墨与金属复合密封垫片具有良好的使用性能，可以较广泛地替代含石棉垫片。
In this paper,the principal properties of flexible graphite gaskets reinforced by punched or corrugated metal sheets are studied,including their mechanical and sealing behaviors,as well as design parameters(m,y). The influences of flexible graphite substrate property,metal plate quality and structure and operation conditions on the mechanical and sealing properties are also discussed. Results show that the graphite/metal composite gaskets have outstanding sealing characteristics,and can be widely applied as a substitute for the asbestos gaskets.
