摘要:以半纤维素含量较高的泥炭为原料,在常压和加压(200℃左右的水蒸汽压)条件下,研究了水解法中反应时间、液固比、反应温度、酸浓度、催化剂等工艺条件对糖化率的影响。并比较了一步法和二步法的转化率。实验结果表明:可用常压一步法水解。其工艺条件为:泥炭粒度100目,反应温度100℃,盐酸浓度1.0~1.5%,液固比10.5~12.0,反应时间80~100min。添加催化剂能提高水解反应速度,FeCl_3有较高的催化活性。在上述条件下有近70%的可水解物水解为还原糖。水解后的残渣可以用于气化。
Effects of reaction time, ratio of liquid to solid, reaction temperature, acid concentration and catalyst on saccharification of peat with high content of hemicellulose are studied under atmospheric and elevatedpressure. The sugar yield of one-stage hydrolysis of peat is compared with that of two-stage hydrolysis. Results show that high yield of sugar can be obtained with catalyst of FeCl_3 and HCl under atmospheric pressure for hydrolysis of peat with high content of hemicellulose. The suitable conditions are as follows: peat particle size 100 mesh, reaction temperature 100℃, acid concentration 1.0~1.5%, ratio of liquid to solid 10.5~12.0, and reaction time 80~100 min. Under such condition about 70% of the substance which can be hydrolyzed is converted to sugar. The residue that remains after hydrolysis can be used for Sigafication.
