摘要:NOVELTY - The solution is chloroauric with cysteamine preparation to obtain the nano gold solution of cysteamine modified by sodium borohydride. The nano-gold solution has a nanometer gold surface with positive electricity. Grain diameter is 30 to 40nm, and room temperature is 10 to 38 degrees centigrade. A buffer solution is 3 to 5 pH value range. USE - Cysteamine-modified nano-gold solution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables changing detection mode of the current detection sulfate ion, and avoiding need of complex operation process and use of expensive large-scale apparatus, thus saving cost and providing high specificity, high sensitivity and rapid detection response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detecting a use of sulfate ion based on nano-gold solution.
