摘要：NOVELTY - The present invention discloses the process of synthesizing 5-keto-pyrrolidyl-3-carboxylic acid. The destination product is prepared with itaconi acid and substituted amine as raw material and inside organic solvent, such as dimethyl formamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, sulfonane, etc. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process has the advantages of mild reaction condition, less side product, high destination product yield, etc. and is suitable for industrial use.
