摘要：NOVELTY - A gamma -carboline compound (I) is new. USE - A gamma -carboline compound (I) used for preparing a histone deacetylase inhibitor or a medicine composition for resisting tumor and leukemia (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) achieves high tumor inhibition ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A gamma -carboline compound of formula (I) or its salt is new. R1=1-6C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl, 1-4C alkyl substituted by 6-10C aryl, 1-4C alkyl substituted by 6-10C heteroaryl, -C(O)-6-10C aryl, -C(O)-1-2C alkylene-6-10C aryl, -S(O)2-1-6C alkyl, or -S(O)2-6-10C aryl, where the 6-10C aryl and 6-10C heteroaryl are substituted by H, COOH, halo, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, amino, OH, NO2, or CN, and where 6-10C heteroaryl is 6-10C aryl having 1-2N, S, or O heteroatoms; L1=1-4C alkylene; R2, R3=1-6C alkyl, 1-6C heteroalkyl having N, S, or O. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing (I).
