摘要：NOVELTY - An acid-sensitive splitting-decomposable connecting unit has ethoxy group-containing structural unit (I). USE - Acid-sensitive splitting-decomposable connecting unit for amphiphilic block copolymer used for self-assembly micelle used as drug transport agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The acid-sensitive splitting-decomposable connecting unit effectively enables splitting decomposition under acid condition, and is efficiently connected with hydrophilic compound and hydrophobic compound to obtain amphiphilic block copolymer. The acid-sensitive splitting-decomposable connecting unit is easily produced at mild reaction conditions at high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An acid-sensitive splitting-decomposable connecting unit has ethoxy group-containing structural unit of formula (I). m=1 or 2; n=0-44;and X,Y'=Br, NH2, N3 or OH.
