摘要:NOVELTY - A carbon dioxide (CO2) is trapped by adsorbing and trapping low-concentration CO2 in flue gas and industrial exhaust gas, flowing weak adsorbing component nitrogen in adsorption bed and replacement bead, and heating adsorbent; heating desorbed CO2 gas, cooling, and recycling by product gas tank; reversing CO2 and replacement gas in blowing bed; and recycling, introducing desorbed CO2 gas, carrying out washing replacement, and recycling accumulated gas with high CO2 concentration. USE - Method of trapping carbon dioxide (CO2) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has fast heating speed and high electric energy utilization rate; thus reducing cooling time, energy consumption for trapping CO2, and pre-treatment cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Trapping carbon dioxide (CO2) involves adsorbing and trapping low-concentration CO2 in flue gas and industrial exhaust gas at 10-50 degrees C under 1.1-5 atm, flowing weak adsorbing component nitrogen in adsorption bed and replacement bead, and heating adsorbent at 100-200 degrees C; heating desorbed CO2 gas, cooling, and recycling by product gas tank; reversing CO2 and replacement gas in blowing bed; recycling, introducing desorbed CO2 gas, carrying out washing replacement, and recycling accumulated gas with high CO2 concentration; and flowing low temperature exhaust gas, cooling adsorbent in the tower, and recycling.
