摘要:硅基负极在循环过程中由于较大的体积膨胀,容易导致开裂。以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)(质量比为1∶1)为基础黏结剂,通过电化学阻抗谱测试、SEM分析和剥离测试,研究添加聚丙烯酸(PAA)对SiO_(x)/C电极电化学性能的影响。添加适量PAA后,电极的电化学稳定性以及电极活性物质与集流体的剥离强度增强,缓解了电极在循环过程中组分的脱落。当CMC、SBR与PAA的质量比为1∶1∶1时,SiO_(x)/C电极组装的电池的循环稳定性和倍率性能均得到提升:在0.05~1.50 V充放电,与采用基础黏结剂相比,添加PAA后的电池,以0.2 C循环100次的容量保持率由67.10%提高到80.92%;2.0 C和3.0 C比容量分别提高48.17%和59.70%。
Silicon-based anode electrode was prone to cracking due to large volume expansion during cycling.The carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)combined with styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)(mass ratio of 1∶1)was used as the base binder,the effect of addition of polyacrylic acid(PAA)on the electrochemical performance of SiO_(x)/C electrode was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test,SEM analysis and peeling test.The addition of appropriate amount of PAA enhanced the electrochemical stability of the electrode and the peel strength of the electrode active material from the collector,alleviated the shedding of the components of the electrode during the cycling.When the mass ratio of CMC,SBR and PAA was 1∶1∶1,the cycle stability and rate capability of batteries assembled with SiO_(x)/C electrode were improved.When charged-discharged in 0.05-1.50 V,the capacity retention rate of batteries with PAA increased from 67.10%to 80.92%at 0.2 C after 100 cycles compared with that using the base binder.It showed a specific capacity increasing of 48.17%and 59.70%at 2.0 C and 3.0 C,respectively.
