摘要:以高熔体强度聚丙烯为基体树脂,通过均匀设计试验制备了发泡聚丙烯,考察了原料配方和成型工艺条件参数对发泡聚丙烯泡孔尺寸和表观密度的影响,并回归分析出了发泡聚丙烯泡孔尺寸、表观密度与各参数之间的关系,找出了主要影响因素,得到了聚丙烯发泡的最佳原料配方和成型工艺条件.结果表明:助发泡剂ZnO和模头温度是影响聚丙烯发泡的主要因素;所预测的发泡聚丙烯泡孔尺寸和表观密度与实测值基本相符;聚丙烯发泡的最佳原料配方及成型工艺条件为:每100g基体树脂中ADC为2.633 g,ZnO为0.533 g,ZnSt为0.542 g,SiO_2为0.634 g;螺杆温度为187.0℃,模头温度为156.0℃,螺杆转速为16.0 r/min,此时发泡聚丙烯泡孔尺寸为68.53μm.
Polypropylene foam was prepared with uniform design using high melt strength polypropylene as raw resin. The effects of formulation and process conditions on the cell size and apparent density of polypropylene foam were investigated. The relationships between the cell size, apparent density of polypropylene foam and parameters were studied by using regression analysis, the main influencing factors, the best formulation and process conditions were found. The results show that the main factors influencing cell size and apparent density are assistant foaming agent ZnO and die temperature. The predictive values of cell size and apparent density of polypropylene foam are basically consistent with those from verification test. The best formulation and process conditions are:ADC 2. 633 g, ZnO 0. 533 g, ZnSt 0. 542 g, SiO2 0. 634 g in each 100 g resin, and screw temperature 187.0, die temperature 156.0℃, screw speed 16.0 r/min, under this condition,the cell size of polypropylene foam is 68.53um.
