摘要：牛津大学Isis创新有限公司是公司化成果转化模式的典范。Isis公司广泛利用政产学研创新资源,构建校内外创新主体共生共赢的利益共同体。与专利出售、服务咨询等成果转化机制不同,公司化成果转化更加有助于建立专业化服务队伍和自负盈亏的利益机制,进而更大程度改善转化效果和效益。我国高校技术转移机构建设可借鉴Isis公司化运营模式,建立自负盈亏的成果转化公司,以填补校内创新与产品创新之间的链条缺失。
Isis Innovation Ltd.is a paragon in corporatizing ST achievement which has created a community of interests allowing different innovative subjects on and off campus share the same interests by applying various resources from government,industry,university and research institute.Unlike other mechanisms transforming ST achievements to patent transference and consultation service,corporatization is more conducive for setting up aprofessional service team and a self-sustaining benefit mechanism,which shall largely improve the effects and benefits of transforming.Our construction on transforming agency for technology in universities may learn from Isis by opening a self-sustaining transfer company to fill the gaps between academic and product innovation.
