摘要:在矩形错流移动床内考察了两种类型的内构件——整流子及多孔隔板对移动床内颗粒贴壁的影响。实验表明:与无内构件的移动床相比,在床层内设置整流子降低了颗粒贴壁的临界压降,整流子放置的横向位置距上流面越远其值越低,而整流子的型式和叶片长度对此几乎无影响;在移动床中设置多孔隔板则可提高颗粒贴壁临界压降值,多孔隔板距上流面越远其值越高。利用散料力学建立了计算贴壁临界压降的数学模型,对设置内构件的移动床,可将床层简化为由内构件位置决定的两个流道,以近下流面的流道宽度计算这一临界值,计算结果与实验值吻合。
The effects of two internals, a flow-corrective element and a porous dividing wall, on pin ning were investigated in a rectangular moving bed with cross flow of gas. Compared with an apparatus without an internal, the placement of a flow-corrective element would reduce the critical pressure drop of pinning, and the horizontal position of the rectifier has significant influences on the critical value of pin- ning, while little effects of its form and blade length are observed. However, installing a porous dividing wall will increase the critical value of pinning, and the further it is from the upstream face, the higher the critical value of pinning will be. A simple mathematical model is built to calculate the critical value of pin- ning, assuming that the apparatus with an internal is divided into two channels, the sizes of which are determined by the position of the internal. The critical value of pinning is calculated by using the size of the channel near the downstream face, and the results agree with the experiments.
