摘要：NOVELTY - Core-shell filler comprises of a solid core and a porous layer, the grain diameter is 1-5, the specific surface area is 20-300 m2/g, the aperture is 80-200, the shell thickness is 50-300 nm. USE - The core-shell filler is useful for liquid chromatography separation analysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple. The filler has good monodispersity, small mass transfer resistance, low operation pressure and fast separating speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing core-shell filler comprising (i) weighing 1-40 g solid silicon ball, adding into 50-2000 ml reacting solvent, reacting at 15-25 degrees C, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain the dispersion, (ii) at 15-25 degrees C, adding 1-40 g cationic polymer, ultrasonic stirring uniformly to obtain white emulsion, (iii) adding the white emulsion, the reaction temperature is controlled at 50-100 degrees C, adding 3-200 ml ammonia water, adjusting the pH to 10-13, stirring at 300-800 rotations/minute, refluxing and reacting for 12- 48 hours, (iv) cooling the reactant to 15-25 degrees C, centrifuging, washing, filtering, drying, calcining and diluted hydrochloric acid activating to obtain the product with different specific surface area and different thickness.
