摘要:以双官能团环氧树脂和双酚A为单体,制备高分子量苯氧树脂,通过FTIR对其分子结构进行分析后,将10wt%苯氧树脂加入到E-44环氧树脂中,用DSC,冲击仪和SEM等对增韧效果的分析测定,固化反应活化能降低9%,冲击强度提高63.2%,玻璃化温度提高了28℃。
The high molecular weight phenoxy resin was synthesized by using relatively low molecular weight difunctional epoxy resin and bisphenol A as polymerization raw materials. The basic structures were analysed by FTIR. 10% phenoxy resin was entered into E-44 epoxy resin. The effect of toughness were characterized by DSC, impact resiliometer and SEM. The result showed that activite energy of cure reaction was degraded 9%, impact strength was raised 63.2% and Tg was raised 32%.
