摘要:NOVELTY - Acetylacetone is refined by removing low b.pt. substances, de-acidifying and removing anhydride to obtain crude acetylacetone, passing acetylacetone in refining tower which is a decompressing refining tower, collecting low-b.pt. ingredients including isopropenyl acetate and acetone at the top of the tower, recycling in crude acetylacetone tank, passing in refining tower, and extracting high-b.pt. substances. USE - Method of refining acetylacetone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The isopropenyl acetate and acetone obtained at the top of the tower can be recycled and reused. High-boiling-point ingredient is obtained at the tower. The working section in refining tower is easy to control and operate. The obtained product has 99.9% purity.
